With over 20 years' experience leading software and professional services businesses in regulated sectors, including government, health and care, Andy has built a track record of driving strategy, growth and transformation, sustained through team and customer engagement. Andy is particularly energised by the opportunities AI presents, helping teams and customers move pragmatically from experimentation to deployed outcomes. Developing people in tech is something he feels strongly about. He placed apprentices on the first UK Digital Degree Apprenticeship programme in 2015 and has championed technical career development through the TechSkills employer board since 2018, remaining committed to opening the profession to people from all backgrounds and advocating for pathways that judge people on potential.
