Emma Gibson is a People Capability Partner at Evri, leading Early Careers programmes and the development of corporate colleagues. With over a decade of experience across multiple sectors, she has designed and managed large‑scale early careers and talent development programmes, delivering more than 2,000 career opportunities. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD. Emma is known for her collaborative approach to building impactful talent strategies that support business growth, innovation and the development of a resilient, diverse future workforce.
