Professional Background
Gita is a business leader having founded her own values-led digital transformation consultancy, with two like-minded colleagues, grown it and sold it successfully to Transform UK where she is now a Non Executive Director. Transform is a business and technology transformation consultancy, working across the public and private sector. With a passion for maximising social impact, Gita’s work now sits at the intersection of technology and inclusion. She is proud to be part of the DEI and Social Value Board at Transform, and has worked across the consulting sector and wider in these areas – as the Chair of the DEI Working Group for the MCA and now as Vice Chair of the Skills and Inclusion Council at Tech UK. She has also had the privilege to be a former member of the MCA Board, and is a current member of the Tech UK Public Services Board, as well as serving in Trustee roles for Coram and Coram Leap.
