John is a seasoned consultant and business leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT and financial services sector, working at IBM. He has worked extensively with UK SMEs with a proven track record of success. John has collaborated with FTSE 100 companies, HM Treasury, international financial institutions and UK/overseas government and departments. He has been recognised twice as one of IBM's Global Top Performers in the IBM Global Golden Circle. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, John holds a postgraduate diploma in management and leadership and is a key member of IBM Foundation's Senior Leadership Team. In his current role, he leads a team of Foundation Graduates and development programs across IBM's diverse business lines. John is also at the helm of the IBM Foundation Graduate Scheme and the IBM Technology Early Professional Programme.
