Mustafa is the HR Lead for TCS Manufacturing UK & Ireland Business Unit. With a decade-long tenure at TCS, he has held various HR roles across multiple business verticals. Previously, Mustafa served as the HR Head of BFSI US East, overseeing one of the largest units in the TCS BFSI vertical, comprising over 27,000 associates and more than 60 clients. During his tenure, he managed multiple large-scale personnel transitions, developed various career advancement programs, and contributed to several HR transformation initiatives. Before joining TCS, Mustafa gained diverse HR experience working with organizations such as Dell, Northern Trust Corporation, and Underwriter’s Laboratories. He is deeply committed to nurturing and developing talent within the organization, fostering a culture of inclusive leadership, and contributing to societal well-being.
