Ricky is currently an Assistant Director, leading the IT Architecture, Transition, and Project Portfolio Management (ATP) service, at Surrey County Council and operating across Surrey, East Sussex, and Brighton & Hove Councils. He was appointed to setup and establish this integrated service, which now comprises over 100 professionals and delivers approximately 170 projects annually ranging from device refresh initiatives to complex ERP system developments.
