Lumi is a learning platform and experience designed to help people build the skills needed for an AI-shaped world. Rather than traditional coursework, participants work through online project-based sprints, tackling real challenges in teams, submitting practical work and receiving structured real-time feedback throughout. As they progress, Lumi captures evidence of both AI fluency and durable skills — collaboration, problem-solving, communication — turning it into a digital Skills Passport that gives learners, educators and employers a clearer picture of how someone's abilities have actually developed, not just what they've completed. Lumi partners with schools, universities, employers and ecosystem organisations, and can be run as part of a curriculum, an extracurricular activity, or as an intensive hackathon-style week during school holidays or lean periods.
