Raj Choudhury

Employer:    SSE
Job Title:  UX Designer
University:   University of Chichester
Programme Title:  BSc Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship
Start date: September 2018

Recommendation by Paul Cooner-Evans, Senior Lecturer, University of Chichester

Not only has Raj done well academically, but he has also used his experience to quietly mentor many other Apprentices providing a balanced view on things and is a genuine ‘good guy’. In addition, his job within SSE requires intense amounts of work to complete important and complex reports and policies. Both his job and studies have been conducted remotely whilst living and working with his young family including homeschooling and all the other stresses and strains that come with the current situation.

His desire to balance these demanding aspects has been impressive and although he doubts his abilities his humble demeanour, with dogged determination has impressed the tutors involved with the programme.
