Listening and responding to your needs as employers is at the heart of our work. We bring people together to share insights and address collectively address employer needs, particularly relating to early careers and apprenticeships.
As you know, we are a not-for-profit organisation that is part of the techUK family. This places us in the heartland of tech skills in the UK. Core to our role is the management of Tech Industry Gold accreditation, for which you as employers set the standards.
We want to bring your voices and voices of specialists in your organisations into more frequent contact with learners on Tech Industry Gold accredited programmes. We will be inviting you to come and speak at universities and further education colleges, sharing knowledge and, as importantly, real life work experiences to help prepare our amazing learners to be job ready.
We know from your feedback that one of the things you value is being able to network with each other, and we will be introducing more ways to make that happen.
