A flagship programme is the Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6). This apprenticeship equips learners with the skills to design, develop and manage digital solutions while specialising in software engineering, cyber security, network engineering or data analysis.
The OU's apprenticeship provision has already supported more than 2,000 active higher and degree apprentices, with over 4,200 completions across more than 1,400 employers. Outcomes are strong: 96% of apprentices report developing new skills, 73% have gained a promotion, 84% have improved job satisfaction and 90% have taken on additional responsibilities.
