About this programme
Digital User Experience is not about making things look good. It is about making them work well for the people who use them. This programme puts the full UX lifecycle at the centre of everything — from early-stage user research and insight synthesis, through wireframing and iterative prototyping, to usability testing, accessibility compliance, and data-led refinement. You will develop the analytical rigour to understand why users behave the way they do, and the creative confidence to translate that understanding into products that genuinely serve them.
Delivered as a degree apprenticeship, the programme sits at Level 6 and follows the Digital User Experience (UX) Professional integrated degree standard (ST0470). You study part-time over four years, applying what you learn directly in your workplace from day one. The curriculum spans human-computer interaction, service design, information architecture, experimental testing methodologies, and the ethical dimensions of persuasion and personalisation in digital environments.
