Its Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Degree Apprenticeship (BSc) and Digital and Technology Solutions Specialist Masters Degree Apprenticeship (MSc) are both Tech Industry Gold accredited, created in collaboration with employers and taught by experts from the university's triple-accredited Business School and Department of Computing and Mathematics. Manchester Met was named Digital Apprenticeship Provider of the Year at the 2023 AAC Apprenticeship Awards, and a review of its first cohort of Digital and Technology Solutions graduates found they were earning 46% (£18,000) more on average than typical UK computing graduates a year after finishing — with 25% of apprentices coming from areas of deprivation, against a 6% national average.
