Career progression
Completing this programme typically leads to mid-level roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Change Lead or Programme Manager within two to three years, depending on the complexity of client assignments undertaken. From there, practitioners commonly progress to Head of PMO, Transformation Director or Principal Consultant positions, or move into specialist areas such as enterprise architecture or organisational design. The L6 credential also provides a recognised foundation for further study at masters level in project management or business transformation.
