Founded in 2018 by CEO Jonathan Fitchew, Apprentify set out to fix an apprenticeship market that wasn't working for digital employers. What began as a five-person team in Wilmslow has grown into one of the UK's leading digital and tech training providers, rated Outstanding by Ofsted in its very first full inspection — placing it in the top 1.6% of independent learning providers nationally. Programmes span software development, data, cyber security, IT support, digital marketing and business analysis, delivered online with weekly coaching calls and a dedicated Development Coach guiding each apprentice from application through to End Point Assessment. Employers including JD Sports and businesses across the North West and Yorkshire partner with Apprentify to build in-house digital capability, while apprentices benefit from a rigorous, skills-tested matching process designed to set them up for long-term tech careers.
